My approach: empathetic, enlightening and innovative.
For several years, I have been helping people as a life coach and naturopathic health advisor. I provide support and assistance to those facing a wide range of challenges, including long-term or recurring physical and mental health issues, as well as those seeking personal growth.
My coaching is psycho-spiritual, integrating psychological insights with the spiritual dimension. It focuses on self-discovery, personal growth, awareness and transformation. I work from an holistic perspective, recognizing the interconnectedness of body, mind, and soul.
In my work, I combine a crystal-clear intuition with extensive knowledge and life experience. This highly developed intuitive perception is an invaluable tool I use. I can pick up subtle signals, emotions, and energetic influences that are present, which allows me to quickly identify the core of a problem without a lengthy intake interview.
My coaching approach is the result of various inspiring learning journeys. I have also had the opportunity of learning from Hans van den Muijzenberg, whose valuable lessons have profoundly influenced my work. Thanks to his guidance, I have learned to see through the heart, to understand and speak the 'language of the heart, which enables me to connect with my clients on a deep and meaningful level. During my teacher training, I developed a solid foundation in psychology, including both developmental and depth psychology. I have further expanded my knowledge through studies in orthomolecular nutrition and supplementation. This combination of knowledge, experience, and intuitive ability allows me to support my clients on mental, physical, and spiritual levels.
While formal education is valuable, life itself, with its lessons and challenges, has been and continues to be my greatest source of growth and development.

About Elvira
I was born in Italy and worked there as a primary school teacher. What quickly became clear to me while teaching, was my passion for research into the inner world of children and the influences of the outside world on their thinking and actions. I learnt then how important it is for children to feel heard and seen. That there is room for their spontaneity and creative self-expression and their “ unique true self ”. In this way they maintain their vital energy, health, trust in and passion for life. So that they are mentally and physically balanced later as adults.
In my work, I focus on how the beginning of someone’ s life unfolds. Understanding early experiences allows individuals to continue on their unique path towards healing, connecting with their inner core, and living the life meant for them.
From experience, I often see a link between mental or physical complaints and childhood. Our educators, experiences, and the environment during that crucial time have much more influence on our lives and on our mental, emotional, physical and even spiritual health than we initially suspect. However psychology isn’ t everything; other factors also play a role in the development of a disease of psychological problem.
Life has taught me that the greatest journey we undertake is the one within, the one of self-discovery. Through deep introspection, I've learned to recognize, process, and release unnecessary mental and emotional baggage. I've discovered the importance of staying true to myself, and by embracing and navigating moments of darkness, I have connected with my soul and discovered my life purpose.
I perceive life as a journey of discovery and inner growth, with each life experience serving as a teacher. I embrace everything that comes my way, for I have discovered that everything has meaning in our journey from Ego to Soul, towards our true nature and life purpose. As I progressed, my intuition grew stronger.
Intuition is our soul's compass, guiding us towards what is authentic and beneficial. It's an innate understanding that arises before our conscious mind can interfere. When developed to a certain depth, intuition can offer clear and precise insights that transcend our ordinary understanding.
Because I have struggled with physical complaint for a while, I also learnt how important it is to listen to your body, to give what it needs and to live healthily. That's when I discovered orthomolecular medicine, which sparked my passion for this approach.
A few years ago, I decided to open my practice and named it “ Het Vitaal Loket.” The word vital originates from the Latin word ‘vita”, which simply means life. I gladly assist people on their journey towards healing and inner growth. At my practice, you can seek help for the challenges and struggles that life brings, and then use them as the path to self-discovery, self-healing, and inner growth.
You can find me in the Neude Library in Utrecht on two Saturdays per month. There, in my 'Life Questions Desk,' you can ask an important life question and get to know me and my approach.
